- How long is shipping time?
We ship via Fedex or US Priority Mail, depending on the size of the gift order. Shipping time varies according to your distance from our SC location.
1-2 days in Carolinas, 2-3 days mid-Atlantic up to NY, Out west 5-8 days.
**Please keep in mind when ordering that the order has to be customized for you. Make sure allow time for personalization and shipping**
- Do you ship outside the continental US?
We will ship outside the US, however Addition shipping charges will apply. We will email you with the additional shipping.
- Can I request certain cartoon characters?
Due to licensing laws we are not free to do licensed characters such as
'Winnie the Pooh' or Disney characters, popular cartoons, game
characters, etc.
- Do you sell wholesale or do volume discounts?
We do offer wholesale on select items. Please fill out the form under wholesale tab on the home page. Wholesale accounts must be approved.
Volume and corporate discounts are available on certain products depending on quantity. This is only available on large orders of a single item,
there is not a discount for large mixed orders!
